ASSOCIATES POSITION
We truly feel like day you step onto a salon floor as an associate is where your education really begins. Here at Surreal we have a program to help you be on the floor with confidence as you start your career as a Stylist. We will pair you with a seasoned stylist where you will receive hands on training and learn what it takes to run a successful clientele from behind the chair. We hold group classes weekly that cover core fundamentals like speed styling, color application patterns, cutting techniques, consultations and in depth color theory.
